The Canopy
Mutations are rarely-occuring variations among "standard" Canopian anatomy. They differ from traits both in rarity and because they are limited to one per Canopian, except in special circumstances for limited time events.

Mutations do not count towards a Canopian's overall trait rarity, and are instead considered as a separate category. All mutations can be said to have "equal" rarity.

Mutations, despite the name, are not generally considered abhorrent or disgusting to Canopians, although some may have drawbacks, as discussed below.

Sometimes, mutations may be available for a limited time during shop events or as special prizes. These mutations will not be listed below.
* Please note that for continguous crest mutations, the head crest must be selected and will be listed as the tail crest as well, even if such a tail crest (i.e. feathered) does not normally exist!
